COVERAGES

• Failure occurs under normal usage and within 12 months of installation

 

• The ball screw assembly is aligned correctly (contact us with any questions or for tips on how to achieve this)

 

• The machine's central lubrication system is functioning properly to ensure the ball screw is consistently lubricated

 

• The machine has been sufficiently maintained and has not been crashed

 

• The ball screw assembly has not been exposed to excessive moisture or other contaminants

 

• When the ball screw assembly is mounted on a vertical axis, a hydraulic or mechanical counterbalance must be present and fully functional

 

 

   Warranty Does Not Cover:

 

• Installation costs
• Compensation for machine downtime
• Shipping expenses

 

If your ball screw assembly should fail under normal usage within the 12 month warranty period, you may ship the ball screw back to us and we will perform a diagnostic evaluation and repair free of charge.
